Does the journey end?

It is our final week, and for me the final assignment of eighteen months of online study. We have been asked to reflect. The circle has closed - we started with our personal learning spaces, we now return to self-assess our progress. I look back, the barriers have been overcome, or, perhaps just placed to the side. I have built on my strengths. I have learned new skills. My knowledge has deepened. Throughout it all, it has been the communities of practice that have supported, encouraged and empowered my learning. I am again reminded that learning truely is a socio-cultural process.

The question is posed, how do we nurture an enquiring mind and the growth mindset needed to foster curiosity, imagination and love of learning?
